Jade Emperor

Before the world was divided into ten thousand things, there was only the Tao — the undivided whole. When the Jade Emperor first took his throne at the summit of heaven, he commissioned the greatest craftsman in all the celestial realms to create a seal that would hold the five elemental forces in perfect tension: the green vitality of Wood, the red passion of Fire, the golden stability of Earth, the white precision of Metal, and the black depth of Water.

The seal was carved from a single piece of jade so pure it was said to be the crystallized breath of the universe itself. Those who carry its image are said to move through the world with the ease of one who understands the natural order — never forcing, never resisting, always in flow.
